Reports to: Business Development Director – Europe (based in Paris)

Area of Activity: Sales
1. Mission
To expand MULTIWEBCAST services in Europe by reaching out to new customers and developing the customer awareness of the MULTIWEBCAST services
2. Job skills required
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Creative, self motivated, and confident
- Experience in strategic planning
- A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
- Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
- High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with managers through to decision makers
- English must be perfect (if based in Barcelona may need to speak Catalan)
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Confidence to present a tailored presentation to potential client team by effectively using a range of presentation skills
- Ability to deliver a tailored sales process to achieve targets, based on clients needs and matching with a tailored solution
- Ability to identify new business opportunities using relevant research tools
- Ability to follow structured work processes and compile/provide reports on time
- Willingness to a lot of international travels
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree/Masters in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
Experience:
At least 3 years experience in sales Management or Account Management
Experience in the field of association/events/or online medical education would be a big advantage
