The joint faculty of the gynaecological cancer centre at University College London Hospital and St Bartholomew's Hospital is committed to providing high quality minimally invasive surgical educational opportunities to gynaecological oncology surgeons and fellows within the UK and Europe. There are clear advantages to the minimal access approach and increasingly patients expect and demand this.

This is a demonstration course with live links to theatre demonstrating:

• Laparoscopic Retroperitoneal and Transperitoneal Para-aortic Lymph Node Dissection
• Laparoscopic Radical Pelvic Side Wall Dissection
• Laparoscopic Nerve Sparing Radical Hysterectomy
• Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

In addition, there will be a didactic lecture covering indications and safety aspects of laparoscopic surgery in gynaecological oncology.
