Kenes Education remains a core part of the Kenes Group, and will now be targeting the rapidly growing accreditation, compliance and e-Learning fields . The restructured department will be run by CME/CPD and Compliance Manager Julie Simper (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Keith Foley, who initiated Kenes Education, and especially the Kenes Education activities and products that are focused on scientific publishing, has been given the opportunity to commercialise these in his new company XSTRACTA. The new company's unique knowledge portal is tailored for societies looking to explore new ways of making their growing scientific content more easily retrievable. Xstracta seeks to position societies in order to maximize targeted member benefits by offering clients new business model opportunities for revenue generation.
Kenes will remain a client of Xstracta and has rented offices in the same building as Kenes in Amsterdam for the easy access of current Kenes clients.
