Gideon Rivlin
Founder and Chairperson
Mr. Gideon Rivlin founded the Kenes Group in 1965 and today serves as its Chairperson. Mr. Rivlin was honored with the Moises Shuster Award in 2006 in recognition of his vision, dedication, and lifetime achievement in the field of global Professional Congress Organization. Mr. Rivlin has also served as president of the International Association of Professional Congress Organizers (IAPCO).

Managing Director, Kenes Group
Mr. Dan Rivlin held senior managerial positions in Kenes before becoming its MD in 1998. With his vision, guidance and expertise, Mr. Rivlin leads the Kenes Group’s global expansion and innovation strategy. Mr. Rivlin is a Former Faculty Member of the International Association of Professional Congress Organizers (IAPCO) Seminar.

Avi Rosner
Co-Managing Director, Kenes Group
Mr. Avi Rosner has served as Kenes Group Co-Managing Director since 1998. Previously, Mr. Rosner was CPA Partner in Israel of KPMG, a leading provider of audit, tax and advisory services. Mr. Rosner is also a former visiting lecturer in Accounting at the Tel Aviv University. Mr. Rosner holds a Certified Public Accountant Certificate.

Luc Hendrickx is responsible for the operational development of the regional and national offices,for corporate governance and a congress management professional with unparalleled experience and expertise. Having served two of the most respected international medical scientific societies, the European Cancer Conference (ECCO) and the World Diabetes Congress. Luc is also the founding President of the Board of the Association & Conference Forum (AC Forum), an international network of association and congress executives. When Luc is not travelling for Kenes, he will be working from Antwerp, Belgium.

Prior to joining Kenes, Quirine Laman Trip was a strategic consultant. Until 1998, Ms. Laman Trip worked in Professional Congress Organization at RAI, was Owner/Director of QLT Convention Services and MD of CONGREX Holding. Ms. Laman Trip has also held Association Management positions, was ICCA member of the board; the International Meetings Academy faculty head; and an IAPCO member and board member.

Mr. Keith Foley is managing Kenes Education, a new Kenes initiative that focuses on how Kenes can help deliver education opportunities to our clients and generate additional revenues beyond the congress. He leads a team of professionals in the provision of content management services (abstracts, webcasts and posters) and CME/CPE accredited content for major association meetings. Prior to joining Kenes, Keith was Managing Director of Marathon International based in The Netherlands, and one of the original founders of the company in 1998. Before that, for many years Keith held marketing and publishing roles at Elsevier Science. He started his publishing career at the Financial Times in London.

Isabel Mortara
Executive Director, Kenes Associations Worldwide
Isabel Mortara has worked in not-for-profit association leadership and business development for over 25 years. Prior to Kenes, as Executive Director of the International Union Against Cancer (UICC), she tripled association membership and income and launched major global awareness campaigns. Ms. Mortara holds a Masters in Business Administration and a BA in International Relations.
