The Meetings Masterclass, a new educational initiative from IAPCO in collaboration with IPCAA (International Pharmaceutical Congress Advisory Association, was held January 17-20, 2011 in Wolfsberg, Switzerland. Designed specifically for those with six or more years of decision-making experience in the meetings industry, the event was themed MANAGING CHANGE - CHANGE MANAGEMENT and addressed various advanced aspects relative to international meetings.

A top quality faculty, drawn from different sectors of the international meetings industry as well as healthcare congress supporters from the pharmaceutical industry, delivered presentations on carefully selected topics – allowing plenty of time for discussion and interaction. Dan Rivlin, Kenes Group Managing Director delivered a presentation on Meeting Architecture.
